The standard rear pod is perfectly adequate if you do not want to run small rear tyres. Most people do, at least eventually, so the standard pod sides can be replaced by lowered ones such as the CRC ones shown below next to the standard sides.
The standard rear ride height adjusters are also perfectly OK to start with, but they have a 1mm difference between them. A lot of people prefer a finer adjustment than this. IRS do a set of adjusters with a 0.5mm difference, and enough sizes to work perfectly with the lowered pod sides.
