Club Nights

The club races at Sharley Park Leisure Centre on Saturday nights.

Doors open 6:30 pm for setting up of the track and booking in.

Club members to present membership cards at race control.

Visitors will be called to book in once all members have been entered.

We will try to accommodate all drivers and on nights when there are a lot of drivers members will take priority.

We do not at this stage have an advance booking system as with the current numbers attending we do not feel this is a necessity. We may consider this option at a later date.

We aim to start racing at 7:30 pm.

1/12th scale will run 8 minute heats and staggered start.

Touring cars will run 5 minute heats and staggered start.

You will be advised on the gap between heats on the night.

We will try to run 4 rounds on club nights. This will be dependant on number of drivers.

Note the club uses an automated lap scoring system and once we have started the programme it is the responsibility of the driver to ensure they are on time for their race.

We will only stop the programme if there is a problem with the track.

The club has handout transponders available for use. These must be returned to race control at the end of each race and at the end of the nights racing.
