Building the rear pod is pretty straightforward by this point to be honest, as by now all the parts are ready to be bolted together. First bolt the T bar to the lower pod plate, not forgetting the 2mm alloy spacers between them.
Then bolt on the pod sides and brace. When tightening the brace I hold the pod down onto a flat surface to ensure the pod stays straight. Make sure the screws are well tightened.
Then attach the T bar to the chassis. This is one of the places where I still use the kit screws as steel screws are far better strength wise for this job.
Now you should have something that is starting to resemble a car.
